Hydro-Québec's flagship programme: financial assistance toward installing an efficient heat pump — from a few hundred dollars for an air-to-air heat pump up to $6,700 for a central air-to-water system.
Overview
What is the LogisVert?
The LogisVert (Hydro-Québec) is administered by Hydro-Québec and available to eligible properties in Québec. It is designed to help homeowners reduce the upfront cost of installing low-carbon energy systems and improvements — supporting Québec's climate goals while lowering household energy bills.
This scheme supports installations including Air Source Heat Pump, Ground Source Heat Pump.
Eligibility
Am I eligible?
- The home must be an existing dwelling (new construction is not eligible).
- You must be a Hydro-Québec customer at the address where the work is carried out.
- The installed equipment must appear on Hydro-Québec's list of eligible appliances.
- The installation must be carried out by an RBQ-licensed contractor registered with LogisVert.
- Rental buildings of 2 to 6 units are eligible for assistance on a per-unit basis.

Process
How it works

Choose an RBQ-licensed contractor registered with the LogisVert programme.

Select an appliance that appears on Hydro-Québec's list of eligible equipment.

Have the heat pump installed; keep the itemised invoice and the appliance details.

Submit the assistance application to Hydro-Québec after the installation.
- 5
The rebate is paid according to the type of appliance and its capacity (BTU/h).
